![]() My Response: Does CloudSync use a different communication method with google? It's curious because when I use CloudSync to google drive I get full speeds. You may be able to get in touch with your ISP and request that they update the routing/peering with Googles servers as the connection seems to be slow. So the connection through your ISP to googles servers are what is slowing down the iperf -c -f M -n 100M -p 443 - Client connecting to, TCP port 443 TCP window size: 0.04 MByte (default) - local 192.168.1.20 port 36736 connected with 172.217.9.138 port 443 Interval Transfer Bandwidth 0.0- 0.0 sec 0.09 MBytes 10.3 MBytes/sec Synology Support: I ran a speedtest from to google and got the more realistic transfer speed of around 10.3 MBytes/sec. Here's the not so helpful com I had with Synology support. I actually had to put a speed limit on it so it wouldn't use up the entire 1Gb bandwidth. CloudSync, backing up the same files, works at top speed. ![]() I primarily backup to google drive but I also tried dropbox, amazon, and a local usb drive with the same result. I have a gigabit connection via my ISP and the max upload I get with HyperBackup is around 10 MB/s.
